Brokerage Services
We welcome the opportunity to help you sell your boat through our brokerage division. We will advertise your boat on three websites as well as comb our extensive database of boaters to find a match for you.
Before accepting a boat for brokerage we complete a three step process;
- We perform a market analysis of your boat and give you the price range in which we believe that it will sell.
- We perform a mechanical analysis of your boat and list any deficiencies of the boat along with an estimate of the cost to repair those deficiencies. We will work with you to determine which repairs may pay for themselves in terms of sale price and which may help you to more quickly sell your boat.
- The third step is to decide who is to be responsible for the initial detailing of the boat. We will only present boats for sale that are clean and neat. You, the owner, will either need to initially detail the boat or our service department can provide the detailing necessary to show your boat at its best. While in our care, we will be responsible for keeping your boat in pristine condition.
