We saw a Facebook ad for a boat from Hilltop Marine and I contacted Loretta in the Sales Department to make arrangements to see it. She responded by immediately sending me the information I needed and scheduling an appointment for my husband and I to see the boat right away. She kept in touch by text, email and phone when I called her but was never pushy or overbearing. And even when we decided to purchase a different boat, she processed the return of our deposit right away without me even having to ask. Loretta was a pleasure to deal with and I would enthusiastically recommend her!

The entire staff at Hilltop was very helpful, walking us through the purchasing process from beginning to end, and they were awesome with showing us everything we needed to know about the boat operation during the water test. On top of that, they remained much more patient than I assume most places would have as we worked through a few unforeseen snags (due to the distance from where we live); even working after hours to help us complete the purchase. Upon arriving, I was greeted with a friendly smile and also given a tour. The staff is exceptional here. There was no pressure to buy-- just attentive availability to answer any of my questions. I was pleasantly surprised to discover that they also buy used boats! And anything that you could possibly need serviced or repaired on your boat is handled with care by their team. I was given honest timeframes for availability on a propeller part. This is why I like to frequent local businesses that are family-owned. You get the best service every time!

I'm writing about our experiences that my wife & I have had over the past 10 years with David & his wonderful crew. Over the years we purchased two jet skis, a ski boat and a gorgeous 38 foot Formula PC cruiser. All of which were expertly cared for by the credentialed & talented crew at Hilltop. They are the best technicians on Lake Cumberland & Dale Hollow. No service request was ever too small or too large. All requests were resolved within 24 hours. This is incredible concerning our slip was an hour's drive.
